Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the FairyLabs website at fairylabs.io. They cover the public site only. Design, development, and delivery of a project are agreed in a separate contract.

1. The website

fairylabs.io is the public site of FairyLabs, VAT IT09192731215, based in Italy.

The site describes services, shows selected work, and lets you send a message. It is not an e-commerce checkout and does not create an account.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the site and send a genuine inquiry. You agree not to:

  • Use the contact form for spam, advertising, or automated bulk messages.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site or the form endpoint.
  • Copy site content or the FairyLabs mark to present it as your own.
  • Use the site in a way that is unlawful or that harms FairyLabs or others.

3. Contact form

Sending a message is a request to talk, not an order and not a binding engagement. We may decline or not reply to messages that are incomplete, off-topic, or abusive.

How we handle the data you send is described in the Privacy Policy. Project scope, fees, and timelines are set only in a written agreement after we speak.

4. Content and intellectual property

The site, the FairyLabs name and logo, and the text and images we publish remain ours or our licensors. You may share a link to a page. You may not reuse the materials as if they were yours.

Case studies describe work we shipped. They are summaries, not a promise that the same result will apply to your project.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that every detail stays current. We may change or remove pages without notice.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, FairyLabs is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or damage that comes only from browsing the site or from relying on marketing copy without a signed contract.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or other liability that Italian law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Law and venue

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules apply. For professional or business visitors, the venue is that of the controller, unless another venue is required by law.

8. Contact
